Care Enough To Change The World

What do you need first to solve a problem? We like to think the first step in solving a problem is having the right tools or having the know-how Perhaps, we think we need permission or to be given the responsibility. I argue it is none of these. The first step to solving any problem, big or small, is to care. The interesting thing about caring is that it scales. Caring about even the smallest things, and letting that charge fuel your action and commitment, has the potential to change the world.
