* Emeritus is defined as a person who has retired but is still a member of SIGUCCS and/or ACM.

** Student Registrations: Full time student registrants will be asked to show proof of full time enrollment in a degree granting program. People who are working full time and taking classes are NOT considered full time students and will not be granted the full time student registration rate. The intent of the full time student rate is to allow institutions to send student employees as part of their professional development.


Guest Registration

Both Conferences $140
This guest fee includes breakfast on Tuesday through Friday and the evening hospitality suite Sunday through Thursday. It also includes the Welcome Reception on Sunday.
Service & Support Conference $100
This guest fee includes breakfast Thursday and Friday and the evening hospitality suite Wednesday and Thursday.
Management Symposium $75
This guest fee includes 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and the evening hospitality suite. It does NOT include the Gala event on Wednesday evening.  Tickets for the Gala are sold separately.
Gala $75
This guest fee is for the Gala at the Dali Museum (includes dinner) on Wednesday evening, November 11th, 2015.
Both Conferences
  • Registration Fee: $140

International Attendees

Note for International Attendees: ACM is able to issue a Visa Support Letter.


Refunds

Full refunds, less processing costs, will be honored up to and including October 16th, 2015. Processing costs vary depending on the method of payment. There is a $50 cancellation fee starting October 17th, 2015.  There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 5:00 pm EDT October 27th, 2015.


Grants

SIGUCCS offers a few grants each year to provide partial support for individuals in institutions of higher education to participate in the annual SIGUCCS Conference. This support is funded by SIGUCCS and consists of a full registration to either the Management Symposium or the Service & Support Conference; hotel room accommodations; and registration for one half-day workshop or executive seminar.
