In our business today, change is the norm. Our work is work that sees to it that "the times, they are a-changin'." The fact that our work is about change, doesn't make change easier for us. As leaders, we need to support our organizations as they implement change and as their environments change. We are change makers, yet we too struggle with the uncertainty that the change process creates.
