With the opening of a new building and reconfiguration of space in existing buildings, every computing laboratory changed locations this year. Along with the location change went a change in philosophy: previously labs were organized by hardware platforms, now the labs are organized by function, with several hardware platforms included in single facilities. New computing facilities opened during the year. There were changes in hours, services, and staffing--and the emerging of a new plans for the future.
