Taking Airport Express to Downtown Chicago

from O'Hare

Airport Express vans and coaches run daily, from 6am to 11:30pm, to many hotels downtown. Departures are as frequent as every five to ten minutes. For assistance, uniformed ticket agents are located in the baggage claim areas of Terminals #1, #2 and #3, and outside U.S. Customs in Terminal #5.

from Midway

Airport Express vans and coaches run daily, from 6am to 10:30pm. Departures leave every fifteen minutes to downtown Chicago. See the uniformed ticket agent at the booth across from the Southwest Airlines ticket counter.

to O'Hare

Departures from the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza to O'Hare run every thirty minutes from 5:15am till 10:45pm, leaving from the Orleans St door of the hotel. To insure a seat when you wish to leave, please call the day before (312/454-7800 or 800/654-7871) to make a reservation. Last-minute reservations can be made up to an hour before departure on a space-available basis. Normal travel time to O'Hare is 45 minutes. During rush hours and bad weather please allow more time. Remember that many domestic airlines require passengers to check in thirty minutes before departure.

to Midway

To insure a seat when you wish to leave, please call the day before (312/454-7800 or 800/654-7871) to make a reservation. Last-minute reservations can be made up to an hour before departure on a space-available basis. Normal travel time to Midway is 30 minutes. During rush hours and bad weather please allow more time.
