How do I make hotel reservations?

The room rate is $120 for a single or double room. These rates are effective for any length of stay from September 26 until October 4. The easiest way to make reservations for your stay during the conference is to call the Holiday Inn - Mart Plaza directly, and make sure you mention you're part of the ACM/SIGUCCS conference!

If you prefer to fax the hotel your reservation request, print out this handy form. Make sure you fill out the group you're with (SIGUCCS!) and the room rate ($120).

Reservations are held until 6:00 pm only on the day of arrival unless the Holiday Inn - Mart Plaza has

A guaranteed payment on your room assures that a room will be held for your day of arrival only. Should you not arrive, the room will become available for resale at 12:00 noon the following day. It also means that you will be billed for the first night's room revenue if the reservation is not cancelled.

Also, should you be making your reservations without this form, it is necessary that you mention the name of the group (ACM/SIGUCCS) in order to secure the rates that apply and a room being held within the block for the group.

Please note: Reservations made after September 5, 1996 will be subject to availability. All rooms subject to state and local taxes. 'Guaranteed' reservations do not arrange direct billing. All direct billing must be requested on company stationery three weeks prior to arrival.
