Conference Hotel
Room availability at the DoubleTree Hotel is limited to Sunday (November 9) and Monday (November 10). Saturday (November 8) and Tuesday (November 11) are sold out. To make room reservations call the DoubleTree Hotel Monterey Reservations department directly at 1-408-649-4511 or Central Reservations at 1-800-222-TREE.
If you need accomodations, call Monterey Peninsula Reservations. They can be reached toll free at 1-800-655-3420 or 1-408-655-3424.
If you want to see where possible accomodations are located with respect to the DoubleTree, try Zip2 Yellow Pages. In the upper left hand corner of the page, select Get Directions. Your destination will be the DoubleTree Hotel, 2 Portola Plaza, Monterey, CA 93940.
Check the Monterey Salinas Transit Web page for public transportation between nearby hotels/motels and the DoubleTree Hotel. The DoubleTree is at Pacific and Franklin. The most likely bus lines to the DoubleTree are number 1 and 4. Line 4, which goes up Munras, is closest to the greatest number of alternate hotel/motels.

Special Notes
There will be a special event at the Monterey Bay Aquarium on Sunday evening which no one should miss. Dress casually and wear a sweatshirt from your college or university.
The conference will end at Noon on Wednesday.
