Hotel Information

The primary hotel for the conference is the Westin. The tutorials and gala will be held in the hotel itself, while the conference technical sessions and keynotes will be held in the RI Convention Center. The hotel and convention center are connected via a covered walking bridge, so there is no need to brave the weather to get to the conference sessions.

Hotel Almost Sold Out

The block at the Westin is close to being sold out, so you may want to contact our backup hotel, the Marriott Courtyard. The rate there will be $149 with the User Service Conference as the code for the pricing. You can also call them at 1-888-887-7955. Be sure to request the Courtyard Providence Downtown as the hotel name.

Check-In/Check-Out :
Check-in time is after 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Contact the Westin directly if you need special accommodations.

Parking
Parking is available at the RI Convention Center (connected to the Westin).The parking rates are $15.00 for self-parking, $10 for overnight valet.

Reservations
Reservations can be made by calling 1-888-627-8449. The meeting code is SIGUCCS. The rooms will be held until November 7, 2002 or until the room block is full.
