Hotel Information
Hilton Palacio del RioThe primary hotel for the SIGUCCS Fall 2003 Conference will be the Hilton Palacio del Rio located on the beautiful "Riverwalk" in Downtown San Antonio. The Riverwalk features an eclectic collection of restaurants, pubs, and shops to tickle nearly everyone's fancy! Conference sessions and events will be held in the hotel with the exception of the Wild West event which takes place in the Buckhorn Saloon and Museum just a short stroll down the Riverwalk from the conference hotel.

Room Rates:
Single - $157.00 (plus a 16.75% Occupancy Tax)
Double - $157.00 (plus a 16.75% Occupancy Tax)
Additional Person - $20.00
Reservations:
Reservations can be made by calling 210-222-1400 or by using the Internet reservation center. Our room block will be held until August 28, 2003 or until all rooms are sold.

When making reservations by phone you must specify that you want the;
    "ASSN COMPUTING MACH (ACM)" rates

Please Note: All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled reservation.
Check In/Check Out Times:
Check In: 3:00pm (Guests arriving earlier will be accommodated as rooms become available. Luggage storage will be available if necessary)
Check Out: 11:00am (Luggage storage will be available if necessary for those individuals with sessions after check out time)
Ground Transportation
Shuttle Service
The shuttle service is SA Trans, it is located in the baggage claim area of the airport. The cost is $9 per person each way, the last shuttle each day is at 2:00a.m. For more information or to make a reservation call 210-281-9900.

Taxi Cab
You should plan to spend around $20 each way to take a cab to and from the airport.
Parking
Valet parking at the Hilton Palacio del Rio is $27/day, or you can park your own car for $14.50/day.
