Conference Locations
Conference activities will be held on the Mezzanine and the Conference Floor (22nd floor). Four elevators will service the two locations. Our Wild West Event will take place at the Buckhorn Saloon and Museum, a short walk from the Hotel.
Conference Registration/Information Desk
The Conference Registration/Information desk is located on the mezzanine level in La Carona. The desk is staffed during program hours only. Here, you may pick up daily newsletters, sign up for BOF's and special outings, look for messages, stop by to ask questions, or make suggestions for next year's conference in Baltimore.
Documentation and Email Room
These rooms are provided to facilitate email access for conference attendees. In the adjoining room, you may browse through documentation samples submitted by many colleges, institutions, and universities. The winning entries from the Publications Competition will also be displayed in this area.
Speaker Ready Room
If you're a speaker, this is where you will rehearse your presentation and test equipment.
