Volunteering

The services provided by SIGUCCS are only made possible through the help of conference volunteers. There are many opportunities to become involved with the SIGUCCS Fall 2003 Conference (e.g., pre-conference setup, work the information desk, session leaders, presenters, staff the email room, state captains, conference tear down). If you are interested in volunteering, please complete the volunteer form below, and let us know how you would be interested in helping out with the conference.

	Stuff conference bags.
	Help set up the Registration/Info Desk.
	Help set up workstations on Saturday for Sunday's hands-on tutorials.
	Help tear down workstations for tutorials and move them to the email room on Sunday.
	Help set up the email room on Sunday evening.
Work a two hour shift on the Registration Desk to help check-in conference attendees on: Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday
Staff the Info Desk for two hours on: Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday
	Serve as a "runner" to help in any way I can.
	Serve as Session Chair.
Work a two hour shift in the email room on: Monday Tuesday Wednesday
	Tear down the email room on Wednesday afternoon.
	Tear down the Registration/Info Desk on Wednesday afternoon.
	Let me know what you need; I will help in whatever capacity you need.
