The annual Fall Conference of the ACM Special Interest Group on University and College Computing Services (ACM SIGUCCS) was held in San Antonio, Texas, at the Hilton Palacio del Rio, on September 21-24, 2003.

SIGUCCS offers unique opportunities for meeting other user services professionals by exploring common issues surrounding technology services in higher education, and by learning new ways to provide services in a relaxed - and FUN - environment.
