CONTRIBUTOR INFORMATION

The ACM SIGUCCS Fall Conference draws 450-500 college and university computing services professionals from throughout the country, and from all over the world. It is recognized as the premiere conference for Information Technology (IT) user-support professionals in higher education. The conference offers a unique opportunity for vendors to provide information regarding their services and products to managers, technicians, and decision-makers in the higher education IT market.

While the focus of this conference remains the technical presentations, attendees are always interested in viewing and discussing new products and services with corporate representatives. Opportunities for congenial, informal interaction are available at various times during the conference, including during breaks and at the ice-cream social.

We have established several levels of participation, providing definitive benefits to contributors.

All Contributors will receive the following:

• Display of logo and company name in conference materials.
• Vendor/product literature or promotional items placed in attendees' packets.
• Recognition as a contributor during the opening or closing plenary sessions.
• Recognition as a contributor on the conference website (viewed by hundreds of college and university representatives world-wide).
• Link to your organization's website from the conference website.
• Vendor/product literature placed in conference Documentation Room (readily viewable by all conference attendees).

Platinum Level

A contribution of $10,000 or more will provide the benefits for All Contributors listed above plus:

• Recognition as a sponsor of one of the two keynote speakers.
• Recognition as a host of the gala event.
• Two full registrations to the conference.
• Participation in the "Meet the Contributors" event on Monday evening.

Gold Level

A contribution of $5,000 or more will provide the benefits for All Contributors listed above plus:

• Recognition as a host of the gala event.
• Two full registrations to the conference.
• Participation in the "Meet the Contributors" event on Monday evening.

Silver Level

A contribution of $3,000 or more will provide the benefits for All Contributors listed above plus:

• One full registration to the conference.
• Participation in the "Meet the Contributors" event on Monday evening.

Bronze Level

A contribution of $1,000 or more will provide the benefits for All Contributors listed above plus:

SIGUCCS (Special Interest Group of University and College Computing Services) is one of 37 Special Interest Groups of the Association for Computing Machinery, and was founded in 1963. SIGUCCS focuses on issues surrounding the support, delivery and management of information technology services in higher education. These include, but are not limited to: network management and support, technical systems support, end-user services and support (help desk, training, documentation, consulting, etc.), administrative and academic services, database management, faculty and curricular support, audio-visual services, facilities design, leadership and management issues, educational technology topics, web services, and others.
