About the Conference

The ACM Special Interest Group on University and College Computing Services (SIGUCCS) Fall Conference has been held at various locations throughout the United States and Canada for more than thirty years. The SIGUCCS Fall Conference is widely known as the premiere event for IT support professionals. It's the one time of the year when we can meet with our IT support colleagues who share our challenges, understand our angst, and can empathize with our tales. The SIGUCCS program revolves around presentations of papers written by attendees, panel discussions, tutorials, poster sessions, and birds-of-a-feather (BOF) sessions. There are also many opportunities built into the conference schedule for networking with peers in more relaxed, informal settings - breaks, lunch, the welcome reception, and an always-entertaining gala event. Events scheduled include:

If you're an IT support professional at a college or university, you should make plans now to attend this conference. This is the one conference you should not miss!
