The karaoke at the hospitality suite on Sunday evening revealed some here-to-fore unknown talents among some of our attendees.
Getting Started ...

Clougherty serves in many roles. He has been recently appointed as dean of the SUNY Empire State College's Center for Graduate Programs, having served for the past five years as Tennessee Tech University's Director of Advanced Computing Technology Institute and director of Tennessee's Web Design Program. At Tennessee Tech, he also founded the Institute for Technological Scholarship. In his new position at Empire, he oversees the college's five masters programs, including two Master of Arts degrees in policy, a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies, Master of Arts in Teaching and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). In addition to his technical accomplishments, Clougherty is also an award-winning author, poet, and an authority on Irish history and culture.
Newcomer's Orientation
Wendy Pearle and Beth Rugg provided first-timers with valuable information for getting the most out of this conference, and then helped them get to know each other a bit. If you want to know how to hold a spoon on your nose, you might find Terry Wolff (often seen making roses, levitating, juggling, or displaying a myriad of other talents) and ask him the secret to this skill.
