Interested in attending SIGUCCS as a contributor? We welcome our colleagues at technology-related companies to join us at our conferences. What can you expect as a contributor?

Relationship-building opportunities for you and our conference attendees
Educational opportunities for you to present the latest technologies from their product lines
Needs assessments of how the tools your company provides is meeting the needs of the higher educational technology sector through one-on-one meeting with participants

How do I participate?

SIGUCCS has a Vendor Relations Team (VRT) that coordinates all of our contributor activities.
Send e-mail to the VRT by e-mailing siguccs-vrt@acm.org; one of our team members will be back in touch with you to best identify the kind of participation for you.
During the Fall Conference, you are invited to participate in the Poster Session and Contributor Display area, where over 400 technology professionals will be perusing the new ideas and products on display.

Levels of participation:

One conference registration
An opportunity to distribute materials to the conference attendees in the “goodie bags” at the conference
One display table at the Poster Session and Contributor Display area
Display space for promotional materials adjacent to the registration area for the duration of the conference

Participate as a Silver Contributor ($1499) and receive:

Two conference registrations
The opportunity to be identified as a Silver Contributor on all promotional materials and recognized at the opening and closing sessions
An opportunity to distribute materials to the conference attendees in the “goodie bags” at the conference
One display table at the Poster Session and Contributor Display area
Display space for promotional materials adjacent to the registration area for the duration of the conference

Participate as a Gold Contributor and receive:

Two conference registrations
The opportunity to be identified as a Gold Contributor on all promotional materials and recognized at the opening and closing sessions
The opportunity to have an event in your name, listed in the conference schedule and program, and on the event signage

To sponsor a mid-morning or mid-afternoon break: $2000
To sponsor a Hospitality Suite: $2500
To sponsor a breakfast or lunch: $3000
To sponsor a dinner or Gala Event: $5000
To be a sole sponsor of a dinner or Gala Event: $10000
To sponsor the e-mail room, the use of 12 computers or one printer for the duration of the conference
To sponsor the speaker gift program, the donation of 150 USB keys
To sponsor other items to be given to our attendees, the donation of the items, with your logo on it
