| Bruce Vieweg has been Assistant Vice President for Application Services at Saint Louis University for the past 2 years. Saint Louis University is a Catholic Jesuit research University with 11,000 students. These students participate in undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree granting programs including Law, Medicine, Social Service, and Public Health. Prior to this position, Mr. Vieweg was Director of IT Services for the Health Sciences also at SLU. Prior to working at SLU, Bruce was Chief Information Officer and Director of the Office of Information Systems for the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH) in Jefferson City, Missouri's state capitol. Prior to the DMH, Bruce worked in a variety of IT-related positions at the University of Missouri-affiliated Missouri Institute of Mental Health, also located in St. Louis. In his current capacity at SLU he is responsible for Academic IT, Administrative IT, Printing Services, Desktop and Help Desk Support Services, Web Development, Educational Technologies, Media Production Services, and Health IT Services. Bruce uses a servant leadership approach to service, leadership and management. | |
