| Dana Sheppard is a Technical Project Manager for Central Missouri State University, a comprehensive, four-year public university. During her time at CMSU, Dana has held a number of responsibilities throughout the Information Services Department, including the coordination of Y2K preparedness. Currently Dana is responsible for the coordination of many services provided to the University across departmental divisions of Information Services. Dana has been a part of the University's new workstation upgrade cycle since its implementation four years ago. For the past two years, she has been responsible for coordinating the entire fiscal project cycle that entails the "creative" replacement of over 600 workstations each fiscal year, the reallocation of existing technology, and the management of installation resources. In addition, Dana has been heavily involved with the creation of departmental strategies to combine the University's core mission with new expectations resulting from the University's 1996 designation as Missouri's lead institution for professional technology. | |
