Susan Strong has been with the University of Wyoming for almost four
years. Prior to coming to the University, she spent 26 years at the Bank
of America as a systems analyst, systems developer, and Vice President
of Trust Operations. As one part of Client Support Services, she
currently manages user consultants that support 2500 faculty and staff
computer users, a computer call center/help desk, and repair facilities
for PC's, Mac's and peripheral equipment. She is currently working on
SLA's internally within her department and between her department and
others on campus, and hopes to give as well as gain information on the
subject. This is the second year she has attended the Management
Conference.
