Pre-Conference Executive Seminar Leader

Kevin R. Miller has been involved in developing leaders in corporations, higher-education and military settings for over twenty years. His high-energy and enthusiasm energizes audiences everywhere. Kevin is president and founder of VisionBound International, a leadership and communications consulting company and has worked closely with Stephen R. Covey and others in the field.

This year he has been involved in bringing the Extraordinary Leader research and seminar into dozens of companies, including over 1,000 leaders in Boeing, ConocoPhillips, Novell and Modus Media, and to two major universities and a number of school district leadership teams. Kevin also served six years as the professional development manager for Brigham Young University and has had extensive experience working with university administrators at all levels.
