Executive Seminar Speaker: Susan Grajek

Susan Grajek is Senior Director of IT Support at Yale University. She has applied social science research to improve information technology management at Yale in a variety of positions, including faculty liaison and help desk management at the former Yale Computer Center, lecturer on data management in Epidemiology and Public Health, co-investigator for evaluation on Yale's IAIMS implementation grant from the National Library of Medicine and director of IT support and marketing at the Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Grajek received her undergraduate degree in psychology in 1979 from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She earned a Ph.D. in research psychology from Yale University in 1984.
