Motivating above Mediocrity: Professionally developing your Support Services Group

Presenter: Carrie Schulz, Rollins College

This discussion will cover the challenge of motivating the support services technicians and helpdesk technicians to perform above par. There seems to be a common theme amongst many institutions that the support levels are not where they should be and the staff are not developing professionally. The talk will cover identifying the problem sources, instilling ownership in the team and creating implementation plans.
