OverviewJoin us for the 33rd annual Computer Services Management Symposium (CSMS) of ACM's Special Interest Group on University and College Computing Services (SIGUCCS). It will be held April 9-11, 2006, at the Westin Horton Plaza located in beautiful, sunny San Diego. This year's theme, "Shedding Light on New Ideas," will attract higher education IT leaders and future leaders to the friendly, warm California coast. CSMS is large enough to bring together diverse views to challenge your thoughts, but small enough to enable real discourse toward new solutions. The annual symposium has a history of providing interesting and relevant program content in a friendly atmosphere that lends itself to making rewarding and lasting professional contacts. Whether you are a new manager or a veteran CIO, you'll leave CSMS with new thoughts, new ideas, new friends, and a connection to a professional network of your peers. Following CSMS' unique and highly successful format, the symposium will feature focused, facilitated discussion sessions along with outstanding daily keynote speakers. Sessions will be organized into three program tracks. Each track will focus on an area of interest to those with IT leadership responsibilities in institutions of higher education, whether they are large universities or small colleges.
