The aging IT workforce: mentoring new IT leaders

As the post-World War II generation nears retirement at colleges and universities throughout the country, the challenge for schools will be to transition the knowledge and skills of existing leaders to a new crop of IT leaders. This panel session will focus of what is currently being done to address this issue.
