SCHOLARSHIPS AND DISCOUNTS

REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE:

    Continental breakfast - Monday (for Seminar attendees)
    Refreshment Breaks - Monday afternoon - Wednesday morning
    Continental breakfast - Tuesday and Wednesday

    All receptions - Early Bird, Newcomers, and Welcome

REFUND POLICIES

Full refunds less processing costs will be given up to and including February 28, 2009. Processing costs vary depending on the method of payment. From March 1, 2009 through March 28, 2009, there is a $50 cancellation fee for all canceled registrations. Substitutions are allowed up to the time of the symposium.
