FROM GOOD TO GREAT, MOVING YOUR IT ORGANIZATION TO THE NEXT LEVEL

Computing and Communications Services (CCS) at the University of Guelph is completing its transition from 'Good to Great' through a process of cultural and organizational restructuring. We have already seen a substantial shift in staff engagement. I would like to share our story and, by doing so, I hope to motivate others to approach 're-organization' with the same 'people-centric' philosophy we have embraced. My presentation will outline why and how we have undertaken this process and will include practical tools used by our Management Team.
