RECRUITING AND KEEPING GREAT STAFF - WHAT WORKS TODAY

The challenge of recruiting and keeping great staff is not a new one. The factors for success in IT recruitment seem to be constantly evolving; IT leaders need to be reminded of both the old and new strategies. The basic rules are the same (i.e., tight job description, careful/thoughtful listing of qualifications, proper advertising, high quality interview methods, checking resources, etc.), but today's workforce needs special consideration. The retention of good staff is getting more and more difficult. This panel discussion will present strategies and methods that the participants have used in recruiting and retaining top quality staff and will leave plenty of time for discussion and input from the audience.
