We welcome your partnership with ACM SIGUCCS and invite you to complete the 2010 Contributer Contact Information.

Join us for the Spring 2010 SIGUCCS Management Symposium
April 19-21, 2010 at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, BC

IT leaders from higher education institutions gather to discuss and share ideas and issues with each other in an intimate, pressure-free setting.

We invite you to participate by supporting events at the symposium and through networking with colleagues. Contributors who attend will not have formal booths or make presentations, but you may encourage your favorite higher education clients to submit a proposal to share with others about how they use particular products contribute to the value and successes of IT services on their campus. Contributors can use this opportunity to meet potential clients and learn more about shared concerns, and as well as changing priorities and strategies.

Listed below are ways your company can help support the SIGUCCS Management Symposium 2010. If you are interested in any of the following levels of financial support, or if you have a unique support idea you would like to share, please contact Gale Fritsche, gdf2@lehigh.edu, (610) 758-5038.

CORPORATE/INSTITUTION PRESENTATIONS - $1200 CONTRIBUTION

A corporation and an institution that uses their product must submit an abstract to the program committee, within the normal submission dates and procedures. If accepted for symposium, the corporation and institution will lead a facilitated discussion session.

VENDOR SUPPORT LEVELS

PREMIER CONTRIBUTOR: $4,500 DONATION

Support either the Opening Reception (Monday) or the Luncheon (Tuesday)

Vendor Benefits:

1. Listed as Premier Level Contributor on our Web site (with logo and link to your site)
2. Two full Symposium Registrations*
3. Signs at entrance to reception and on tables at luncheon with support recognition
4. Listed as Premier Contributor with logo on the back of the program
5. Listed at registration desk as Premier Contributor (sign recognition)
6. Product literature in symposium packets and/or at the table in the registration area
7. Corporate executive would be introduced by symposium chair as Premier Contributor at sponsored event
8. Company thanked at the closing of symposium by symposium chair

EXECUTIVE CONTRIBUTOR: $2,250 DONATION

Support for one of two Continental Breakfasts (Tuesday or Wednesday)

Vendor Benefits:

1. Listed as Executive Contributor on our Web site (with logo and link to your site)
2. One (1) full Symposium Registration*
3. Table tents with support recognition
4. Listed as Executive Contributor with logo on the back of the program
5. Listed at registration desk as Executive Contributor (sign recognition)
6. Product literature in symposium packets and/or at the table in the registration area
7. Thanked at the closing of symposium by symposium chair

COPORATE CONTRIBUTOR: $1,500 DONATION

Support for one of four Coffee Breaks (one Monday, two Tuesday, and one Wednesday)

Vendor Benefits:

1. Listed as Corporate Contributor on our Web site (link to your site)
2. Support sign recognition at break
3. Listed as Corporate Contributor on the back of the program
4. Listed at registration desk as a Corporate Contributor (sign recognition)
5. Product literature in symposium packets and/or at the table in the registration area

CONTRIBUTOR: $750 DONATION

Support for one of three Hospitality Suites (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday night), the Speakers' Breakfast on Tuesday morning or a First-timers Reception on Sunday.

3. Listed as Contributor on the back of the program

We are grateful for any and all donations; either smaller monetary donations or donations-in-kind, such as

Our Contributions Chair would be more than happy to work with you on developing a giving partnership with other companies to provide a joint donation and/or to discuss the option of providing smaller donations.

All donations to the SIGUCCS Management Symposium are tax deductible to the extent allowed by the IRS, which has accepted ACM as a not-for-profit 501 (C)3 organization.

*Note: Premiere and Executive Contributors should contact Gale Fritsche, gdf2@lehigh.edu, (610) 758-5038 to receive their registration benefits for the Symposium, rather than registering directly on the Symposium Web site. If you wish to bring additional staff to the SIGUCCS Management Symposium 2010, they can register directly through the Symposium Web site.
