Title: Managing in troubled times: Lincoln leadership principles and IT part 2

Leading and managing in troubled times is a major issue today with looming budget cuts and our current economic climate. Following on the heels of last year's presentation, this session will look not only at how Lincoln's style of leadership can be useful to many fields of endeavor, but also the techniques used by other presidents that have faced crises. This presentation will continue the discussion of how leadership principles from the highest office can be applied in today's IT environment. The continued development of an online blog on these principles will also be demonstrated with audience participation solicited.
