Title: From the back of napkins to a Project Management Framework, we did it and so can you!
Computing and Communications Services (CCS) at the University of Guelph made the leap to a project management framework (PMF) a year ago by engaging a consultant to help us develop a light version of industry best practices for project management, adapted to our requirements. This presentation will outline why and how we implemented PMF and will provide some insights into the challenges and benefits. Attendees will be provided with our complete PMF toolkit, including processes, tools, templates and training guide.
